Techno Infrabuild Pvt. Ltd. is a Delhi NCR-based construction company founded in 1999.
We build industrial facilities, commercial buildings, institutional campuses and residences across Delhi, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh.
Industrial construction is where we are strongest. Factories, PEB sheds, warehouses and plant infrastructure make up the core of our work, and the discipline those projects demand shapes how we run every site.
Design coordination, civil and structural works, MEP and interiors are delivered by one team. Clients get a single point of accountability, fewer handoffs and tighter control over time and cost.

Civil engineer Pawan Kumar Sharma founded M/s Techno Constructions with a simple commitment: build better, deliver on time and earn every client's trust on site.
As clients returned with bigger and more complex projects, the company grew with them. In 2006, it became Techno Infrabuild, reflecting a broader capability across industrial, commercial and institutional construction.
Today the portfolio spans industrial sheds and warehouses, factories, hospitals, schools, government health centres, hotels and private residences. The founding commitment has not changed.

A civil engineer with an MBA, he combines technical depth with commercial judgement, and personally oversees a portfolio spanning industrial facilities, government institutions, healthcare, hospitality and premium residences. His hands-on approach and commitment to on-time, on-budget delivery remain the foundation of how Techno Infrabuild works.
